Hi — I’m Beth Ann.

And if you’re here, chances are something in your body, your confidence, or your sense of steadiness has shifted.

Maybe you’re doing “all the right things” — eating well, staying active, holding life together — and yet your body feels unfamiliar. Reactive. Tired. Harder to trust.

I know that experience intimately.

My journey didn’t start with coaching.

It started with trying to hold everything together.

For years, I was the woman who pushed through. I built businesses. Supported others. Stayed disciplined. Stayed strong.

And from the outside, it looked like I had it handled.

But internally, my body was tense. My nervous system was constantly “on.” I was managing anxiety, exhaustion, and a growing disconnect from myself — especially as my hormones began to shift.

What worked before stopped working.
And pushing harder only made things worse.

That was the moment everything changed.

I stopped trying to fix my body — and learned how to support it.

Through my own healing, I discovered that lasting change doesn’t come from more discipline or control. It comes from safety.

I began working deeply with nervous system regulation, breathwork, hypnotherapy, EFT, and somatic-based practices — not as tools to force results, but as ways to help the body feel supported enough to respond again.

As my body settled, things shifted:

  • My anxiety softened

  • My relationship with food changed

  • My energy stabilized

  • My confidence returned — without pressure

And most importantly, I learned how to listen to my body instead of fighting it.

“Lasting change didn’t come from trying harder — it came when my body finally felt supported.”

That’s why I now support women in perimenopause — 1:1.

This season of life asks for something different.

Not another plan to follow.
Not another program to “stick to.”
Not more willpower.

What’s needed is personalized, compassionate support that adapts as your body does.

My work is for women who are:

  • Tired of forcing consistency

  • Confused by changing weight, energy, or mood

  • Ready to feel grounded and confident again

  • Wanting guidance that feels steady — not overwhelming

What working with me feels like.

My coaching is not about pushing through or fixing yourself.

It’s about:

  • Helping your nervous system settle

  • Rebuilding trust with your body

  • Creating consistency without pressure

  • Supporting your hormones, emotions, and energy together

We move at a pace that respects your capacity — not someone else’s timeline.

There are no rigid rules.
No “do more” mentality.
Just support that evolves with you.

A little more about me

I’m a Master Somatic Coach with a background in fitness, nutrition, and nervous system work — but more importantly, I practice what I teach.

I journal.
I breathe before reacting.
I listen to my body.
I ask for support when I need it.

I coach from lived experience, not theory.

Journal And Pencils

If you’re here, trust that there’s a reason.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need the right words.
You just need to be honest about where you are.

If you’re navigating perimenopause and looking for support that feels calm, personalized, and sustainable — you’re in the right place.

"There is nothing more rare, no more beautiful, than a woman being unapologetically herself; comfortable in her perfect imperfection."

"My self-talk is way more positive than it used to be. I would always put myself down, called myself names, and now I just say I can make it better, I can do this. Thanks to Beth Ann, it's way more positive!"

- Alycia -

"During today's TIME technique w/ Inner Child work, with Beth Ann, the message my little girl wanted to tell me was: 'Nothing is perfect. It's not all on me. I can accept help. I can vocalize my needs, not in an aggressive manner'."

- Christine -

"During my single belief change today, I realized that I made the stuttering and word filling happen and now I don't focus on it and the words fly right out of my mouth"
