I’m Beth Ann — a somatic-based coach who helps women navigate perimenopause by reconnecting with their bodies, not fighting them.
I’ve spent years working at the intersection of movement, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing, supporting women through seasons where their bodies no longer respond to force or rigid plans.
My approach is deeply personal and grounded in safety, trust, and compassion. I don’t believe in pushing through symptoms or overriding your body’s signals. I believe in learning how to listen — and respond — differently.
